This convection oven is particularly attractive for its capabilities. You can adapt the cube:air’s
functionality to accommodate a full-fledged, electrically heated oven with three, five or even ten
supports on the smallest of base measurements. In other words, it fits even in the most confined spaces.
MIWE cube:air is part of the MIWE cube Fresh Food System and can be combined flexibly with many
different modules such as the deck oven MIWE cube:stone or high temperature oven MIWE cube:fire.
