The freezing process extends the life of food products while maintaining nutritional and organoleptic values similar to fresh products. In the freezing cabinet, the food product is brought to extremely low temperatures, which can reach -40°C, in just a few minutes.

This process can be applied to a variety of products in a wide range of sectors including baked goods, ice cream, pasta, pizza, meat, fish, poultry, fruits and vegetable, and ready meals.  Uniquely designed with an obstacle-free central structure, every part of our spiral is easy to clean and service. This configuration also makes it possible to optimise the horizontal air flow, which is channelled evenly on all the food products inside the deep-freezing cabinet. The efficiency of the evaporators, sized according to the type of product being processed, this reduces the system’s energy consumption, making your freezing systems both environmentally friendly and cost- effective.

MVS

The MVS freezer offers modularity with its flexible design, adapting to various capacities and processing times. Its “First In – First Out” (FIFO) system ensures consistent and reliable freezing. With the ability to handle up to 4,500 kg per stack across multiple levels and an operating temperature range of -20°C to -35°C, it delivers proven reliability for demanding applications.

TSP 600X800

The TSP freezer is designed for modularity, allowing the bypass of elevators to adjust its capacity based on processing needs. Its ease of use is reflected in its smooth operation, with a maximum output rate of up to 450 trays per hour. Reliable in performance, the TSP freezer ensures efficient and consistent freezing in a regulated thermal enclosure, making it a dependable solution for product freezing.

SMP2 200X800

The SMP2 freezer offers flexibility with a modular design, adjusting to various process times by using between 2 to 6 elevators. With an output rate of 360 trays per hour, it ensures consistent freezing performance. Its ease of use allows for efficient operation, while its reliability guarantees consistent and efficient results in freezing products directly on trays in a regulated atmosphere.
